The Project

Work Package 9 - Exploitation of Results

Work package aims:

- To ensure sustainability of the project
- To ensure impact of learning methods and good practice on policies and practices

Methodology:

The actions of the consortium towards the sustainability of the results will start towards the middle of the project before the start of the piloting and it will intensify as we arrive towards the end of the project. Contacts are going to be made by each partner organization with possible organizations which could mainstream the results. The contacts are going to be organized both sectorally and nationally. Therefore, the chambers of commerce will make contacts with the other chambers of commerce in their countries and internationally as well as with other related organizations (such as local authorities) nationally. Efforts will be made to certify the e-learning courses officially by the relevant national authorities even if some of the partners of the project are competent to certify and accredit skills and competencies. Therefore, the main organizations that will be contacted in order to promote the sustainability of the results of the project are the following: chambers of commerce, SME Associations, local, regional and national authorities, vocational educational and training organizations and certification bodies. Contacts will be made also with unemployed. The courses are also going to be publicized in major e-learning portals or online e-learning magazines. An IPR agreement will be drafted among the project partners in order to clarify issues related with intellectual property and copyright. On the basis of the current proposal, the promoter will draft guidelines for sustainability which will include the following aspects: Identification of usable knowledge to be obtained, Interest of each participant in the project with respect to dissemination and exploitation of the results, Precautions to be taken for the protection of results, both for expected results and for those that emerge during the development of the project, Identification of the market, Approaches towards marketing.
