Methodology:

Dissemination will take place throughout the project. The project will disseminate both tangible outcomes and intangible outputs (Improved skills in the international trade; SME staff and unemployed certified in the skills acquired through e-learning, Trainers skilled in a new methodology; Changes in attitude to e-learning by SMEs etc.). The dissemination will be organized in three phases: a) Early in the project, dissemination will ensure that the project is addressing the needs of its target groups, or is creating awareness or understanding of the project activities. It will be used to publicise the project in order to recruit SME staff in each country b) During the project, dissemination is about identifying lessons from what has been learned, particularly in relation to processes, and passing them on to key stakeholder groups such as possible future funders, local policy makers and mainstream providers of VET training. c) At the end of the project, dissemination is intended to publicise more generally the project’s outputs (both products and processes), the lessons learnt, and the benefits gained.

The dissemination of the project will be differentiated according to the target groups to which the project is addressed and according to the result which is being disseminated. For the main target group (SME stass) there will be a large focus on the social media. Other channels include: publications in sectoral articles, information through unions and chambers of commerce, distribution of leaflets in their working places and networks, information events in unemployment agencies etc. For the SME Associations and the chambers of commerce, that may be interested to use the materials and methodology for the training of their employees are going to be used more face-to-face contacts and newsletters. Also, the dissemination is going to be made with the use of both innovative and traditional dissemination methods. For the dissemination of the project to the general public but also to the unemployed, electronic dissemination means will be preferred such as the use of social networks (Facebook etc.) and the postings in portals used and visited by these people (such as career sites).

A subcontracting agreement will be made for the production of a video for the promotion of the results of the project. The video will be realized until the end of March 2015, before the start of the courses (in order to promote the courses and attract people to participate at the piloting).
